Mounting Brackets for Fuel Surge Tank (FST)

Choose the appropriate bracket depending on mounting location and vehicle constraints.

• Floor and Wall Mount:

  • Laser-cut aluminum, powder coated black

  • Can be mounted on the side or bottom of the surge tank

• Frame Mount:

  • Made of steel with a 90° bend and cantilevered design for strength

  • Nickel plated for corrosion resistance

  • Allows grounding of components through spare holes (mounts on conductive steel frame)

• Angled Mount:

  • Laser-cut aluminum, powder coated black

  • Designed for vehicles with limited mounting height

  • Can be mounted on floor and against a wall

Avoid mounting near heat sources, moving parts, or collision-prone areas.

Conversion Kit for Walbro F90000262 Gas and F90000267 E85 Pumps

Converts a Radium FST originally equipped with specific pumps to use a single Walbro F90000262 (Gas) or F90000267 (E85) pump.

• Compatible original pumps include:

  • Walbro GSS342 255lph

  • AEM 50-1000 Gas / 50-1200 E85

  • Aeromotive 11142

  • Deatschwerks 9-301-1000

• Includes:

  • Walbro 400-specific billet aluminum bottom cap

  • Walbro 400-specific laser-cut mounting bracket

  • Internal bulkhead wiring (specify pump model)

  • Billet aluminum bulkhead fitting with O-ring

  • Submersible rubber fuel hose

  • Stainless steel pinch clamp (factory crimped)

  • Stainless steel EFI protective clamp

  • Replacement perimeter and large O-rings for FST

  • Select which Walbro pump (Gas or E85) to include

Aluminum 3/4-16 O-Ring Port Fittings

• Designed for use with Radium fuel rails, surge tanks, pressure regulators, etc.

• Compatible with any 3/4"-16 O-ring port (same thread pitch as -8AN fittings)

FST Wiring Harness – Fully Populated

• Universal harness for Radium surge tanks with various single pumps including Walbro, AEM, Aeromotive, Deatschwerks, Bosch

• Features:

  • Environmentally sealed mini fuse holder with 20A fuse included

  • Environmentally sealed relay with mounting tab

  • High-temp flame retardant braided sleeving rated >250°F

  • Labelled wiring leads for easy installation

• Wiring requires:

  • Fuel pump trigger signal (usually main pump relay from ECU)

  • 12V power and chassis ground (5/16" ring terminals)

Note: Use a higher current fuse if running high fuel pressure.

DIY Fuel Surge Tank Wiring Kit

• For building your own wiring harness for each pump

• Includes:

  • Weatherproof SPDT 12V/40A relay with mounting tab

  • Weatherproof mini fuse holder and 20A LED fuse

  • Quick-connect Posi-Tap “trigger” connector

  • Crimpless solder heat shrink butt connectors

  • 10AWG ring terminals (5mm and 6mm)

  • 10AWG red and black TXL wires (10 ft each)

• Wiring instructions and diagrams included

• Recommended: order one kit per fuel pump

-6AN Bulkhead Plate

• Use when multiple -6AN bulkhead fittings need to pass through a wall or floor

• Acts as a large washer for mounting through soft surfaces like carpet

• Commonly used in trunks for fuel cells or with Radium single/dual pump FSTs

• Features:

  • Black anodized billet aluminum

  • Supports up to five -6AN fittings

  • Size: 3.25" OD x 0.125" thick
