Factory coils on the N55 engine suffer from insufficient output, limiting performance and causing misfires, rough idle, and throttle lag. Our ignition kit uses cutting-edge Marine & Aerospace technology for high voltage and high current output, paired with proprietary low-resistance 50 ohm/ft plug wires for maximum efficiency.

Dyno testing consistently shows gains of 20+ wheel horsepower and 20+ lb-ft of torque across all tested vehicles—whether stock or modified. These results come without the need for software tuning, although with tuning, coil output can be further increased to 118mJ (compared to the factory coil output of approximately XXmJ), representing a significant performance boost.

Important Notes

• Aftermarket intake highly recommended; may be required on some applications

• Not compatible with OEM airboxes or airboxes that sit on the manifold where coils are located; may require removal of a mounting peg on the manifold

• F10 and E9X N55 chassis cannot fit both this ignition kit and aftermarket manifold simultaneously due to inlet location constraints. Contact us for guidance before purchase.
