Every EBC rotor is made using OEM-spec grey cast iron, with the majority proudly cast and machined in EBC's own UK-based foundry.

Currently, every rotor sold in the UK and Europe and most U.S. fitments are wholly British-made. In rare cases where outsourcing is necessary to complete international applications, EBC goes above and beyond — specifying, testing, and validating every rotor through a rigorous multi-stage inspection process, including element analysis, tensile strength, hardness, and individual runout testing.
