The factory front-mounted heat exchanger on the S55 is undersized and insufficient for the cooling demands of tuned engines. To address this, we engineered a high-performance double-pass core that is significantly larger and flows better than the stock unit — all while fitting perfectly in the factory location.

Precision CNC-machined mounting points and hose connections make installation straightforward and seamless, with no cutting, trimming, or modifications needed to your factory parts. Additionally, a convenient vent is integrated to allow easy bleeding of air from the cooling system after installation.
